      The first big step to seeing your own charts is to enter your data for the charts you are interested in. There are currently two methods of data entry available to you, and both will be displayed as soon as you login, every time you login. The one on the left is a one day at a time updater. The one on the right, "quick load" enables you to load up to 30 days at a time. This is particularly useful for those who have been recording data in spreadsheets or on paper and want to see a chart right away.
